Desk was horrible to put together, the instructions were very confusing. Took me about 2 hours all together. Knobs that help the desk go up and down broke with little effort, seller sent new ones in less than a week. This desk was just what I needed for my home office, great for the price. I'm short so it works. Might be a little small for anyone taller than 5'5. Desk easily holds my laptop with two additional monitors.I usually don't write reviews and this one I wanted to write as I feel this is perfect for budget guys like me.Pros:1. Memory setting are great2. Materials are sturdyCons:1. Most important part is when you fit the rod for lifting - The studs were broke - However seller was so responsive and sent the part2. Table edges are not smooth, so it was hurting my wrist - I bought silicon based child proof tapes which is better now.Overall - Decent office table with good features (highly satisfied in a week time). but not sure how long it works - as I feel lift mechanism is flimsy and prone to damage (just my feeling, I'll update this review after couple of months)the desk looks very nice. and it does work.the caveat is that the motor makes a strange "struggling" sound as it rises or falls when adjusting heights. I would minimize the use of the motor. It feels that it will break soon if I use it too often.overall, pretty happy with the product. my office desk is several thousand dollars and it of course is a lot smoother. for under 200 I'd say it's okay to have some quality issues. you get what you pay for.The desk top arrived damaged during shipping. I reached out to their customer service and they were very quick to get back to me and get the issue resolved. I also ran into an issue with a defective part but once again, they were very helpful and communicative and we got the issue resolved without issue.The desk looks great, doesn't take up a ton of space while still allowing for a full setup with large monitor and laptop. It's slow going up and down but this is not an issue for me. It's very easy to set the presets and the instruction manual is very thorough with diagrams. Where you may get stuck is on the pole/drive shaft. Definitely reference the videos posted here and other reviews if you have the issue of only one side going up. If you're really stuck, reach out to customer service - again, I have nothing but good things to say about level of care I received from them.I bought just the legs as I already had an Ikea desktop and it ended up working well. The desk is what you’d expect for $99. It’s kind of slow and noisy but not terrible. The assembly wasn’t hard. My only complaint is the legs. If you don’t have a tool to tighten the screws on the bottom where they connect, they fall off easily. I wish the design wasn’t so you slip it on but rather just straight screw them in.good frame, great price. nicely powder coated(white), nice construction and parts included. heavy motor. Instructions aren't the greatest.Connecting rod system works, but instructions and construction is meh.Long story short, make sure the connecting rod is inserted fully and attached to the motor side, then extend the rod to the non motorized side. Try not to fiddle with the plastic compression bits to much, Just know that the connecting rod needs to but fully attached to the motor side, then extend the rod to the other side for proper lift.Update:The seller has been responsive to my review of the rod breaking. Actually I managed to just put the rod in just fine wit the plastic part off—not a big deal. However at the time, it freaked me out bc the rod part of the instructions were really tricky. The rod part is the major component in the mechanics for adjusting the table's height, however the end caps are so cheap that it just cracked during assembly. I’m glad the rest of the table is solid and it turned out great.
