Only about one month of use so far but it's very comfortable. I'm just under 6 feet tall and it fits me just right. Got lucky with that. I don't use this chair for work so it's not in use all day. Even so, it feels really solid so far.Super easy to assemble by myself with all parts received and the holes lining up as they should. However, the seat cushion itself isn't perfectly aligned - maybe 1/4" off, as shown in the images. You can see a gap on one side of the seat, not lining up with the silver support on the side. That doesn't seem to affect the chair at all and it's not really noticeable unless you're specifically looking for it.I paid $169 for the brown model and would recommend it at this point. Based on my past experience with office chairs breaking, I elected to add an extended warranty. Will update after a little more time.Good looking, comfortable seating, quality mechanism, but while right angle seating is comfortable sitting up, it is not very comfortable tilting back for any extended length of time, reclining is necessary for that. A quality fabric would be more durable than pu leather but is uncommon. Chair shopping is hard online. I passed this along to my brother.Used at my library desk. easy to assemble and very comfortable.The only negative so far is the casters as they are quite cheap and wimpy. I use a polycarbonate chair mat over carpet. My old chair rolled fine but with my weight in this chair it did not. Simple solution was to replace the casters that were provided with the chair with the ones from the old chair. Luckily, the studs were the same diameter and there was no problem swapping them out, This chair rolls along the mat just fine now.The chair is a good value for the price, but I have long arms and the arm rests were an inch or two higher than was comfortable for me. Rather than endure hunched shoulders, I took it all apart again to send back. The snag with this is that getting all the pieces back into the box they originally came in is impossible!The friction fit beween the spider for the legs, the air lift cylinder and the seat bracket doesn't want to come apart once weight has been applied to the chair. Rather than try to forcefully separate them and possibly cause damage (the base unit is plastic, not metal), I left those three pieces connected and send everything back in two boxes. No problem getting the return authorization, but I had to pay for the second box myself. Now I'll just hope both boxes make it and can be identified as being all the same order.This chair arrived 2 days late which is understandable. However the box had a few crushed corner and packing tape nearly gone on one end. There was a couple of minor scratches on one of the arms that likely won’t be noticed. This I’m sure was due to poor packaging. It seemed like all of the parts were just loaded into whatever box was laying around. Everything was loose and able to shift about.HOWEVER…this chair for me is extremely comfortable with great lumbar support. Very easy to assemble. Took me about 15 minutes. Assembly tool included in package. Also spare screws if needed (nice touch).NOTE…I am 6” tall and I would NOT recommend this chair to someone shorter. The seat is very deep and with me the front edge is right at to back of my knees.The chair is comfortable and my wife likes sitting in it at the computer so I will give this thing 3 stars. If it was up to me I would return it because I don’t think its worth the $200.First of all it was easy to install except the back piece. The way they engineered the steps of putting that piece on was a nightmare for one person to do. You had to force it in while simultaneously lining up the holes and squeezing the back between the two arms.Secondly the material is pretty thin. It is the type of faux leather that strips off and shows the fabric underneath after a year. While I haven’t had it long enough to prove this I have other chairs made of the same material. It did however come with a scuff mark or two already on it.Parts of the chair that I feel should have been metal are plastic. The metal parts are kind of cheaply finished. It doesn’t look bad but its definitely not high class. The casters are also flimsy and don’t roll smoothy. They awkwardly slide across our smooth wood flooring without rolling most of the time.Lastly the buttons are a pain if you sometimes tuck your leg(s) under you as they get hung up on your leg. I have to be very careful so I don't snag a button and eventually rip it off.Overall the chair is solid and comfortable. I just don’t think it is going to last.For the price this chair is comfortable and good looking. The first one was sent with 2 right arms and the star base missing, but the vendor sent another so all is fine.I would not try to dissuade someone from buying this chair. It looked great, and was not difficult to put together. It is quite firm on soft to the touch. I really wanted to like it. I bought this particulate model because it looked like it offered good lumbar support. I am a partially disabled veteran with chronic low back pain. When I sat in the chair, it just wasn't comfortable for me. After sitting for an hour I had to get up and was very sore. I tried it again the next day and halfway through the day I went back to my old office chair. It was not easy to get the chair back apart, but I returned it. I think it would be great for some people, but it just was not comfortable to me, and actually caused me more pain.
